RapDev is a Datadog Gold-Tier with a very tight relationship to the Datadog product and partner teams, spanning from years of experience as both Datadog customers and partners. Several engineers of the RapDev Datadog team were customers of the platform prior to joining the RapDev team. Our mission is to help all Datadog customers adopt the platform quickly and efficiently, and to do so by using our proprietary tools to accelerate adoption and rollout of the platform.
The team at RapDev is focused on helping Datadog customers of all sizes realize the most value for their investment in the platform. Customers have engaged with the team for help across the board, ranging from tagging strategy workshops, to full enterprise roll-outs and staff augmentation. The reasons for engaging our team included a lack of skillset and in-house expertise, a need for a burst in resources to help quickly deploy the platform, or simply an advisory service to advise on best practices as the platform is being rolled out.
